Showing in Makers Fair
My paper-craft work is largely inspired by my love of landscapes. I upcycle old and outdated maps in celebration of the joys of experiencing the diverse range of activities on offer in rural and wild Britain, from the snow of the north, to the surf of the south. My other paper-cut work continues this theme, but also explores urban landscapes and architecture, depicting scenes both real and imagined.
I work from my studio in Broadbottom, between Manchester and Glossop, and just a stones-throw from the stunning Peak District landscape. In addition to paper-craft, I work as a designer, illustrator and printmaker.
