Lu Mason

I make hanging mobiles and shapes boxes out of hand-cut paper, and laser cut perspex. I love the flexibility of paper, the possibilities with paint and scalpel. I also love the permanence of perspex, and the way that the light passes through it casting reflections and shadows as in stained glass. My hanging structures move slowly with the currents in the air and therefore present constantly changing patterns and configurations. I also make perspex brooches.
