We are currently looking for volunteers to support and deliver our flagship event, Saltaire Arts Trail over the bank holiday weekend 25 – 27 May 2019.
Saltaire Arts Trail will again work with over 100 artists and welcome over 6000 visitors to the village over three days. Focusing on the iconic heritage spaces of Saltaire’s UNESCO World Heritage Site. The main events are:
- Open Houses – a village wide gallery!
- Makers Fair – art market at Victoria Hall with over 70 brilliant designers!
- Exhibitions – special projects animating iconic Saltaire’s buildings
- Family Activities – a range of workshops, demonstrations and fun!
Our vision is to present the very best visual art, craft and design from around the UK in unique spaces alongside new projects made with and for the local community – but we need your help to do it!
You don’t need any previous experience to take part and there are a number of different roles available. These include: Welcome Assistants, Venue Assistants, Artist Support, Social Media Assistants, Tombola Assistants, Makers Fair Assistants, Logistics Assistants.
It doesn’t matter if you only have a few hours to spare or if you can work with us all weekend – we’d just love to hear from you. Refreshments, a VIP reception and other special benefits will be provided.
